User Consent for Processing Personal

Data Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, I, the subject of personal data, hereinafter referred to as the “User,” during my use of the website https://oka-agency.com/ (hereinafter — the Site, the Service), freely, of my own volition and in my interest, give my written, complete, unconditional, and unequivocal consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as Consent) to the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “Regional Employment Agency” TIN 5260482877, OGRN 1225200011981 (hereinafter — the Operator) under the following conditions:
1. Consent is granted for the processing of the following categories of personal data:

1.1. data specified in special forms located on the Site, by filling in the corresponding text fields and/or attaching files to the forms, namely:

  • First name;
  • Last name;
  • Citizenship or residence permit of another country;
  • Date of birth;
  • Place of birth;
  • Education;
  • Photo;
  • Language skills, including the level of proficiency;
  • Family composition, including the presence of relatives in Russia;
  • Information on the presence/absence of a criminal record;
  • Phone;
  • E-mail;
  • Information regarding the User’s plans during their stay in Russia, including planned work, business opening, education, place and duration of residence;
  • Other information about the User that corresponds to the purposes of processing personal data, left by them in special forms located on the Site by filling in the corresponding text fields and/or attaching files to the forms.

1.2. data that are automatically transmitted during browsing and visiting the pages of the Site (cookies), namely: Date and time of access, address of the visited page, source of entry, referrer (address of the previous page), information about behavior (including the number and names of viewed pages), other technical data (data about technical means (including mobile devices) and methods of technological interaction with the Site and its services (including the type of operating system of the User, browser type, geographic location, provider data, and others), about the User’s activity while using the Site, about error information provided to the User, about downloaded files, tools, as well as other data obtained by methods established by this consent;

1.3. IP address and statistics on IP addresses;

1.4. data about the User that become known in the course of executing contracts (in case of entering into a contract between me and the Operator), as well as other publicly available information about the User.

2. Consent is granted for the processing of personal data for the purposes of:

  • Creating an environment for the development of the labor market in the Nizhny Novgorod region, assisting workers in employment, providing services in the field of migration and legal consulting for all categories of foreign citizens wishing to move to Russia (Nizhny Novgorod region), and Russian employers (Nizhny Novgorod region) interested in foreign labor for further employment;
  • Conducting civil law relations;
  • Providing access to the Site, its content, the functionality of the service, for the administration of the Site;
  • Identifying when registering on the Site and/or when using the Site;
  • Providing services and services available on the Site;
  • Processing incoming requests and applications from individuals for consulting on various issues related to the activities of the Operator;
  • Establishing feedback, including sending notifications and requests;
  • Confirming the completeness of the provided personal data;
  • Collecting statistics by the Operator;
  • Improving the quality of the Site and its services, user convenience, and developing new services and offerings;
  • Conducting marketing (advertising) activities, sending offers, informational and advertising newsletters, and receiving them by the User to promote the Operator’s services in the market, including through direct contacts;
  • Providing effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Site.

3. Consent is granted for the processing of personal data in a mixed (automated and non-automated) manner, ensuring measures are in place to protect them from unauthorized access. In the process of personal data processing, the Operator has the right to carry out: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, utilization, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of the User’s personal data.

4. By this, the User confirms that:

4.1. They have read the Privacy Policy of Personal Data of the Website Users Autonomous Non-profit Organization “Regional Recruitment Agency”.

4.2. The User is aware and agrees that the transfer of personal data may be carried out by the Operator to the extent necessary for the User to access the Site, its content, and its services to third parties, in cases where the provision of such data is mandatory in accordance with federal law.

4.3. The User has been informed about the possibility of withdrawing consent based on the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, by making a personal request or sending a written request in free form by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the Operator or to the following email address: info@okakreml.ru.

4.4. The User is informed that in the event of withdrawing consent for the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the User’s consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2.11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10, and part 2 of article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.

4.5. The User gives consent to receive promotional and informational materials and has been informed by the Operator about the possibility and procedure for refusing to receive them.

5. By this Consent, the User confirms that they are the subject of the provided personal data and also confirms the accuracy of the provided data.

6. This consent is valid from the date of signing until the date of withdrawal in written/electronic form.
